Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour – one cup
  • Baking powder – half a teaspoon
  • Salt – half a teaspoon
  • Baking soda – eight of a teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts – one cup
  • Packed brown sugar – one cup
  • Melter butter – half a cup
  • One large beaten egg
  • One tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • Semisweet chocolate chips – two thirds of a cup

Instructions:

Firstly you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, or 180 degrees C. After that take a 9×9-inch baking pan and grease it.

Once you’ve greased up your baking pan, sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, as well as baking soda in a medium bowl.

Stir in the chopped nuts and set it aside.

After that you need to take that melted butter and brown sugar, and mix them well.

Add flour into the mixture as well, but gently and a little at a time, mixing to make sure it’s all combined.

Now spread the batter into the prepared baking pain, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.

  • All purpose flour – one and two thirds of a cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder – third of a cup
  • Roughly chopped Oreo (or other) cookie – three cups
  • Powdered sugar – half a cup
  • Milk – three teaspoons, or more if needed

Instructions:

Firstly you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, or 175 degrees C. Take a 9×13 inch baking dish, and line it with aluminum foul.

Lightly grease the foil, and you can proceed to combine the butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan, over low heat.

Cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted. Whisk in the white sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Turn off the heat.

Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, and stir in the cocoa powder until the mixture is well combined. Fold in the chipped cookies, pour some batter into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Bake the mixture in a preheated over for about 35 minutes, you can use the toothpick method to check if it’s done with this one as well.
